Privacy Policy

This policy explains what rajaampatseaplanecharter.com collects when you request a Raja Ampat seaplane charter quote — name, contact details, travel dates and, only when an operator requires it, passport data — why Juara Holding Group shares it with licensed partners, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion via bd@juaraholding.com. This page is as of 2026 and describes practice, not a substitute for legal advice.

Who operates this site and what does that mean for your data

Raja Ampat Seaplane Charter is a coordination desk operated by Juara Holding Group, an independent broker established in 2015. We do not own or operate seaplanes, resorts, liveaboards or yachts. When you send a quote request, we relay it to licensed operators, resort reservations teams (such as those serving Misool, Cape Kri/Papua Diving, Papua Paradise, or Kri Eco), liveaboard operators or yacht crews who can actually fulfil the trip. Each party you deal with — the airline, resort or vessel — is a separate data controller for the portion of your information they receive, and their own privacy practices apply once your details reach them. We do not represent any single operator as our exclusive partner.

What information we collect

Collection point Data typically requested When it is optional
Quote form on this site Name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, preferred travel dates, party size, departure point (usually Sorong/SOQ), intended resort or liveaboard Party size and dates are optional if you only want a price range
WhatsApp (6281139414563) Same as above, plus anything you volunteer in chat Entirely at your discretion — WhatsApp retains its own message metadata under its own policy
Email (bd@juaraholding.com) Same as above, plus attachments you choose to send (itineraries, resort confirmations) You control what you attach
Passport number, nationality, date of birth Only when a specific licensed operator, resort or Raja Ampat marine park authority requires it for a flight manifest, landing permit or vessel crew list Requested case by case, never collected by default

We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details or passwords through this site. If a licensed operator requires a deposit, they will invoice you directly through their own payment channel, and we will tell you who that operator is before you pay them.

Why we collect and share this data

We process your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a written quote, and — once you confirm you want to proceed — pass the relevant details to the operator, resort or vessel that will actually carry out the flight, transfer or rendezvous. This typically includes:

  • Forwarding your name, dates and passenger count to the licensed seaplane operator so they can issue a per-flight quote and check aircraft, crew and weather-window availability.
  • Sharing arrival details with a resort (for example Misool Eco Resort’s own scheduled speedboat desk) or liveaboard operator when a seaplane leg connects to their transfer or itinerary.
  • Passing passport details to an operator or marine park office only where a manifest or permit legally requires it, and only for the guests travelling on that specific trip.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to marketing lists, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Landing approval, aircraft availability and pricing always remain the licensed operator’s decision, marine park approval, and weather-dependent — sharing your data does not guarantee a booking.

Legal basis for processing

For visitors in Indonesia, we process personal data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022, “UU PDP”), relying on your consent when you submit the quote form or message us, and on the steps necessary to prepare a contract (the charter arrangement) once you ask us to proceed.

For visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or other jurisdictions with similar frameworks, we aim to handle your data consistently with GDPR principles — lawful basis, purpose limitation, and your rights described below — even though Juara Holding Group is based in Indonesia and Indonesian law is our primary compliance reference.

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that do not turn into a booking: kept up to 24 months so we can follow up on a seasonal quote request (Misool, for instance, operates mid-September to mid-June only, so a query made outside that window may sit as a lead until the next season), then deleted or anonymized.
  • Confirmed bookings: kept for the duration of the trip plus the period needed for post-trip correspondence, invoicing records and any operator or regulatory requirement, generally up to five years for financial record-keeping.
  • WhatsApp threads: retained on our device/account until you request deletion or until routine housekeeping removes inactive threads; WhatsApp’s own retention rules also apply on their platform.

You can ask us to delete data sooner; see “Your rights” below.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard website analytics (page-view and traffic-source tracking) to understand which pages are useful and to measure whether a quote-form submission followed a specific page. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles for sale to third parties, and we do not run cross-site retargeting pixels that follow you to unrelated websites. Your browser lets you block or clear cookies at any time through its own settings; doing so will not prevent you from submitting a quote request, though some site features (like remembering a previously filled form) may stop working.

Your rights

Under UU PDP and, where applicable, GDPR, you can ask us to:

  1. Confirm what personal data we hold about you and why.
  2. Correct inaccurate details (a misspelled name, wrong travel date).
  3. Delete data we no longer need for an active or legally required purpose.
  4. Withdraw consent for future contact — we will stop new outreach, though this does not undo messages already sent to an operator for a completed booking.
  5. Receive a copy of the data you gave us, in a readable format, on request.

Send these requests to bd@juaraholding.com or WhatsApp 6281139414563, with enough detail (name, phone/email used) for us to locate your record. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will tell you if a request cannot be completed — for example, because financial or manifest records must be retained for regulatory reasons.

Security and honest limits

We take reasonable steps to limit who can see enquiry data — primarily the BD desk staff who coordinate your request and the specific operator needed to fulfil it. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible breach; if we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

What this policy does not cover

This page does not constitute legal, financial or aviation-regulatory advice, and it does not describe the privacy practices of the independent operators, resorts, airlines or marine park authorities you deal with once we introduce you — read their own privacy notices separately. As of 2026, no licensed operator publishes a public seaplane tariff or fixed schedule for Raja Ampat, so every quote we relay is a per-flight written offer from that operator, subject to change.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our processes, partners or applicable law change. The version on this page is the current one; material changes will be reflected here with an updated “as of” date.
